Join Us For Art Teacher Collective #2!

Hello fellow art educators!

A few months ago Bishop Pinkham School hosted the first Art Teacher Collective. The Art Teacher Collective is an opportunity for art teachers and advocates to get together to collaborate, brainstorm and make connections, all while working on their own artistic passions and pursuits!

Well Art Teacher Collective #2 is ready and this time we will meet with a guest artist to learn from her!

Bishop Pinkham School is welcoming artist Susan Kristoferson into our school for the next four weeks as an Artist in Residence. Susan will be working on printmaking techniques with the BP art students and has offered to extend her expertise to teachers! Susan will be offering an after school artistic professional development opportunity to any interested teachers!

Who: Teachers! All are welcome and no artistic experience required! We have the space for 30-40 people.

What: A Printmaking workshop. The session will be tailored to your interest. When you respond, let us know if you are looking for techniques to bring back to your classroom, or just want to join us for fun and your own personal artistic developement! There will be a fee, depending on how many people join us, around $10.00-$15.00 to cover costs, supplies and some snacks!.

When: Tuesday, June 2nd, 3:30pm-5:00pm
